📢 Einladung zum Café Lokal am 14.6, 19 Uhr, im Stockwerk29/Rupprechtstr. 29.

Wie immer gibt es kalte Getränke und warmes Essen. Der Vortrag ist auf deutsch, Flüsterübersetzung auf englisch und spanisch möglich! Zu unserem ersten Café Lokal laden wir den Verein Gemeinwohlwohnen (GWW) dazu ein, sich vorzustellen. Mit dem Projekt „Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße“ baut GWW ein Wohnprojekt im Münchner Haidhausen. Sie schreiben über sich selbst: „Wir sind eine Gemeinschaft: Jung und Alt, Schwarz und weiß, hetero und queer, behindert und nicht-behindert, hierzulande und andernorts aufgewachsen. Unsere Privilegien teilen wir miteinander und wirken so gegen Diskriminierung und Ausgrenzung. Wir sorgen füreinander, für unsere Nachbarschaft, für unsere Umwelt.“ Seit vier Jahren organisiert sich GWW basisdemokratisch und möglichst hierarchiearm, um das zukünftige Zusammenleben gemeinsam zu bestimmen. Sie haben viel Wissen über selbstbestimmte Pflege gesammelt und leben jetzt schon, was es bedeutet gemeinschaftliche Fürsorge zu organisieren. 

Besonders vor dem Hintergrund, der aktuellen politischen Lage – neoliberale Sparpolitik, um Kriege zu finanzieren, sich ständige vermehrenden rassistischen und ableistischen Angriffe – kann eine Gruppe wie Gemeinwohlwohnen und das Wohnprojekt „Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße“ für linksradikale Analysen und Organisierung ein Vorbild sein.

For our first Café Lokal, we invite the association Gemeinwohlwohnen (GWW) to introduce itself. With the “Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße” project, GWW is building a housing project in Munich’s Haidhausen district. They write about themselves: “We are a community: young and old, black and white, straight and queer, disabled and non-disabled, raised in this country and elsewhere. We share our privileges with each other and thus work against discrimination and exclusion. We care for each other, for our neighborhood, for our environment.“ For four years, GWW has been organizing itself democratically and with as little hierarchy as possible in order to jointly determine future coexistence. They have gained a lot of knowledge about self-determined care and are already living what it means to organize communal care. 

Especially against the background of the current political situation – neoliberal austerity policies to finance wars, constantly increasing racist and ableist attacks – a group like Gemeinwohlwohnen and the housing project “Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße” can be a model for radical left-wing analysis and organization.

📢 Invitación al Café Lokal el 14 de junio, a las 19.00 horas, en Stockwerk29/Rupprechtstr. 29. Como siempre, habrá bebidas frías y comida caliente. La charla será en alemán, pero se podrá traducir al inglés y al español. Stockwerk29 es accesible sin barreras (ascensor) y dispone de un aseo accesible en silla de ruedas. Para nuestro primer Café Lokal, invitamos a la asociación Gemeinwohlwohnen (GWW) a presentarse. Con el proyecto «Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße», GWW está construyendo un proyecto de viviendas en el barrio muniqués de Haidhausen. Escriben sobre sí mismos: «Somos una comunidad: jóvenes y mayores, negros y blancos, heterosexuales y queer, discapacitados y no discapacitados, criados en este país y en otros. Compartimos nuestros privilegios y trabajamos contra la discriminación y la marginación. Nos preocupamos los unos por los otros, por nuestro barrio, por nuestro entorno“. Desde hace cuatro años, la GWW se organiza democráticamente y con la menor jerarquía posible para determinar conjuntamente cómo conviviremos en el futuro. Han adquirido muchos conocimientos sobre el cuidado autodeterminado y ya están experimentando lo que significa organizar el cuidado comunal. 

Especialmente en el contexto de la situación política actual -políticas neoliberales de austeridad para financiar guerras, ataques racistas y capacitistas en constante aumento-, un grupo como Gemeinwohlwohnen y el proyecto de vivienda «Solidarisches Wohnen Metzgerstraße» pueden ser un modelo a seguir para los análisis y la organización de la izquierda radical.
